Shipping:
Orders are shipped via USPS from Benson, AZ. We ship media mail which the post office says takes 7 to 14 working days to deliver. If you prefer faster delivery, UPS or Federal Express service please call our office at 800-654-2550. Additional shipping charges may apply. |

Order Fulfillment:
Our goal is to process your order within 48 hours. If we are out of stock or expect any delay, we will inform you immediately via email or a phone call. |

Returns:
Our product is guaranteed. If for some reason you are unhappy with a purchase please contact us by phone, 800-654-2550, or email cindylou@baxterblack.com within 30 days of purchase.
It is your responsibility to repackage the merchandise so that it will arrive in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Mail the package to: Coyote Cowboy Company, P.O. Box 2190, Benson, AZ 85602.
Once received and accepted, we will gladly refund, credit or exchange the merchandise. If a refund or credit is requested, it will be minus shipping charges. If an exchange is requested, you will be charged any price difference plus new shipping charges.
Coyote Cowboy Company will incur shipping charges if an error is made on our part in shipping incorrect or damaged merchandise. |
